The Circus

Circus drew from spectacle, performance, and controlled chaos, reimagining the rave as a twisted big top. Characters ranged from glamorous to grotesque, with exaggerated silhouettes and theatrical styling that emphasized movement, imbalance, and showmanship. This was Book Club's first ever two day festival. For the first day I made Tinzo a recreation of Prudence's circus costume from "Across the Universe" and for myself I went as the victorian tattooed lady. For day two I made Jojo and Tinzo matching goth clown outfits, and for myself ii went as a jester.
